- Satisfy applicable legal and statutory requirements, as well as the strategic guidance assumed by shareholders;
- Provide an objective understanding of the proposed service and its correspondence to the explicit and implicit needs of customers;
- Continuously motivate human resources as a way to increase efficiency;
- Continuously improve the System and carry out a review at least annually;
- Ensure that all interested parties are informed and motivated regarding the Quality Policy and participate in its implementation.
